Daddy Rescued Me!

Monday 11th - 12pm prayer time.

While we were praying Kabi climbed onto the window ledge. I got up to get her down but she opened the window and fall - dived backwards out of the window.

OK, we were downstairs but the ground she was about to hit with, intense force - head first - was concrete and this was our delicate 3 year old!

Sam and I froze for a few seconds in shock horror! Sam picked her up through the open window. I did not even want to look. He was not saying anything. He sat there with Kabi on his laps - dazed and shaking his head.

She didn't hit the ground! There was nothing to hold her but somehow her feet were caught inside the ledge!

She was suspended - head down but she did not hit the ground.

She tells the story well. "Daddy rescued me!" Yes Our Daddy rescued her! We had read Ps.91 at 6am and He sent His angels.

May He rescue you and yours from all danger today and everyday. Remain under the shelter of the Most High God. Feel His Feathers all around you and yours. He surrounds you with a fire that the enemy cannot penetrate.
